Returns

Please contact us first and foremost at hello@kelobee.com to request a refund, any items returned without having contacted us will not be refunded.

Cut lengths of fabric, ribbons, trims, zips etc. are non-returnable, as are custom orders, sale items or remnants. Pre-made/pre-packaged items that are unused, clean with all tags and packaging intact may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be made within 3 days of receiving the returned item, the customer is responsible for returns postage.

Any damaged or incorrect items will receive a full refund including postage costs within 3 days of us receiving and inspecting the item.

Exchanges

Please contact us first and foremost at hello@kelobee.com to request an exchange, this way we can ensure we have the exchange item in stock.

Your exchange item will be reserved upon your exchange request and sent out once we have received and inspected your returned item. You the customer will be responsible for all returns and exchange postage.

Damages

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and let us know immediately via hello@kelobee.com if there are any damages, defects or the incorrect items in your order. We will do everything we can to rectify the problem as swiftly as possible.
