What is a Sewing Social?
Our sewing social is a relaxed and friendly get together where you bring your own sewing projects to work on in the company of others. As sewers we love to get lost in our own world of fabric, whirring machines and snips, it can however, be quite a solitary hobby. Let’s bring back the foundational community tradition of sewing together. Unlike a structured class, these sessions focus on community, conversation, and creativity, offering a space to share tips, exchange ideas, and enjoy mutual support without the pressure of a set project.
Who is it for?
Sewists of all levels, although this is not a class, we all have our own experience and knowledge to share. For anyone wanting to share their joy of fabric, design and sewing with others in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
The group is for adults only 18+

Help if you get a little stuck or can’t decide which design element or fabric to use

Your £20.00 payment includes a £5.00 non-refundable deposit, if you cancel 48 hours prior to the social you will receive a £15.00 refund. If you cancel after this period the entire £20.00 fee is non-refundable. Please use the cancellation form or email thevillagestitchsewcial@gmail.com
